Terms of Service

When you register a user account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information (name, email, phone).
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to your account.

• Slots Availability: Booking slots on tours are limited and granted on a first-come, first-served basis upon successful payment.
• Travel Insurance: You must provide the correct full name and national ID/passport of all travelers. HikeTak will submit these details to our partner insurer to secure mandatory travel accident insurance for the trip duration. We are not liable for claims arising from incorrect data provided by you.
• Special Needs: Please inform us during checkout of any health restrictions, severe food allergies, or physical constraints.

• Payments: Bookings must be paid via our provided payment gateway/PromptPay. Slip uploads are automatically validated.
• Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations made more than 14 days before departure will receive a full refund minus a 5% handling fee. Cancellations between 7 to 14 days before departure will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure are non-refundable.
• Cancellation by HikeTak: In cases of severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other safety concerns (force majeure), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. Customers will receive a 100% refund.

Trekking and adventure travel carry inherent risks of injury or sickness. While we maintain strict safety policies and hire licensed local guides, HikeTak, its agents, and employees are not liable for personal injury, illness, property damage, or delays caused by third-party suppliers, nature, or unpredictable accidents during the tour, beyond what is covered by our insurance policy.
